The spray is created with oils and crystals that have been mindfully chosen for their aromatherapy benefits and energetic properties. It is scented with a blend of essential oils and infused with Amethyst and Howlite crystals, as well as with Reiki energy.
Amethyst helps relieves stress and strain, soothes irritability, balances mood swings, dispels anger, rage, fear and anxiety. It also alleviates sadness and grief, and dissolves negativity. Howlite has a lovely soothing energy that will help to alleviate stress, and may help to calm fits of anger and bad temper.
You could use the spray to mist your bed linens before bed, as a body spray before bed or anytime you need to relax, or spray on children's bed linens (or under their beds, closets, and all the spooky places where monsters hide) to ward off nightmares and monsters.
