Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Please ensure that all of your shipping information is correct and entered in English. Once your order leaves our hands, it is entirely in the care of postal or courier services.

Since I operate this small business just by myself, orders are generally fulfilled within 3-5 business days, with the exception of Pre-Order items, which would be sent out separately once the items arrive. Please note that for international orders, any orders that include Pre-Order items will only be shipped when all the items are available.
​
If you have any special requests or need the package delivered by a certain date, please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate your needs.
Domestic (Singapore) orders​

Domestic orders are shipped via courier ($5.5). Free courier delivery (tracked) for all orders above S$100!

Delivery takes 1-2 business days after they are sent out

Self pick-up at Fort Canning MRT Exit A. Please PM to arrange date and time for pick up (this option is temporarily suspended until further notice)

Courier will contact you directly in case they need to reach you to get permission to leave items at door or re-deliver

If packages are unable to be delivered and returned to me, buyers will have to pay for re-shipping the items
International orders

We ship WORLDWIDE, except for liquids! If you're not in any of the currently shipped destinations, please send us a message via Contact Us, and we would be happy to give you a shipping quote and work out something separately. More destinations will be added gradually based on demand.

Customs and taxes are not included. Buyers are responsible for any customs and taxes required

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that items purchased are not restricted for importing in their countries

If packages are unable to be delivered and returned to me, buyers will have to pay for re-shipping the items

Shipping is optimized with lowest cost in mind, so the delivery time could vary by country and order weight. If your order is time sensitive, please reach out to us and we'll help quote for the best shipping option for you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We generally do not accept any returns on any of our items. However, if there is any problem with your shipment, please contact us and include supporting photos, and I will be happy to explore solutions with our suppliers on your behalf. Love.Magic.Sparkles does not take responsibility for any item that is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or for any other reason, Love.Magic.Sparkles is not responsible for any additional shipping fees that may occur to re-send the parcel.
